What personal data we collect and why we collect it?
Comments can be left by visitors on this website. We collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string (also called a hash) created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service, to show if you use it.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the website. On some pages, you can make requests to download our content, to contact us and register to receive regular email newsletters.

Medi-Clean uses the information you provide about yourself, or someone else, when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We answer the emails we receive by using return email addresses.
Those addresses are not used for any other purpose, nor are they shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with our partners.
For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form.
We don’t disclose any information that could be used to identify those individuals.
Similarly, we will never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online, in ways unrelated to the ones described above, without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
To ensure the correct use of information, our visitor’ comments may be checked through an automated or manual spam detection service.
Information we do not collect
Credit/Debit Card Information
This information is communicated to our accounts and finance team via email or over the phone, the information is only used to process your Credit/Debit Card transaction.

You agree that we have the right to share your personal information with any member of our group including subsidiaries (in accordance with the UK Companies Act 2006).
